Norma Kalahari for whitetail deer

I shot a whitetail buck in Wyoming with the Norma Kalahari .30-06 ammo. I'm not sure if this is the first animal taken in the US with this ammo or not.

The shot was from approx 140 yards, and the angle was slightly quartering away. At the shot, the deer simply collapsed like struck by lightning. Upon examination of bullet damage, it was noted that bullet struck perfectly behind the right/front shoulder. The bullet made about a quarter-size entrance hole and shredded the lungs, but did not exit.

It was surprising that in this case it didn't ruin much meat, as violent as the internal damage was.

It looks like textbook performance from this writer's view..................
